Definitely don't waste slayer points on herb sack. I only got rune pouch through slayer bc I'm trash at pvp and didn't want to throw my face at lms bots for weeks to gitgud. Used wildy slayer 50th task for big pt boost and I think around 60 or so for reg slayer.Use that (costs 500 points but you can boost).
