Spreadsheet of past workouts. Hi everyone! Long time (daily) lurker, first time poster. I love that OTF is doing daily at-home workouts during this time. However, I do have a treadmill and weights at home, so I'm planning to work through old OTF workouts based on past daily workout threads. I do this when I travel and it works out pretty well!

Wednesday 26 July 2023 - Inferno 2G 60 minutes. Today is a signature Orange Theory workout - Inferno! Last time we did this was 17th of April. Format of the day is a run to row on the tread blocks and three blocks on the floor.
